What to Expect

Not sure what to expect? No problem! Here's what your first visit will look like:

Upon arrival, you'll be asked to fill out a few forms. We send them to you via email when you book your first appointment, or you can come in for your first appointment approximately 15 minutes early to fill out the forms in our office!)

One of our chiropractic assistants will take you to the private room where you'll do a 3-minute Heart Rate Variability (HRV) scan. The HRV scan will assess the effect that long term stress is having on your general state of well-being. The scan is 100% painless.

Once the scan is finished, Dr. Chenier will go over the results with you. Together you can discuss your reasoning for seeking treatment, and what you hope to get out of chiropractic care.

Finally, you'll have your first adjustment with Dr. Chenier!

First visits are crucial; they're where you'll establish your baseline against which you can measure growth and change. As a result, for your first visit, we book off an entire hour of the Dr.'s schedule for you. (Subsequent visits are usually between 15 and 20 minutes.)

Auto Accident & Work Related Injuries

We bill the Workers Compensation Board (WCB) and Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) directly, once they have issued you an injury claim number.

In order to set up direct billing to either of these two organizations, you must provide us with your date of injury and your claim number.
